Fund Transfer

  Cheque Payment (Singapore Orders Only)  
 
Cheque payment is valid for Singapore orders only. We only accept Singapore bank cheque for order of S$50.00 and above. Kindly issue cheque within 3 days of ordering, thereafter orders will be deemed void. Upon receipt of cheque, we will process order.
 
 
Step 1:

At "Payment option", select "Cheque Payment" as your preferred mode of payment.

 
  Step 2: You will received message "Thank you for shopping at Little Lamb EShop ! You have chosen cheque payment as your preferred mode of payment. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you shortly with your order details (order no, product ordered, payment amount in SGD). If you do not receive the email within next 24 hours, please contact us at sales@littlelambstory.com

 
  Step 3: Order Confirmation email received in your mailbox.

 
  Step 4: You will issue and sent a cheque within 3 days. (Refer to Cheque Information below)

 
  Step 5:

After you have sent the cheque, you will then reply to the Order Confirmation email with the following details:

 

- Date of cheque sent (dd/mm/yy)

- Bank & Cheque Number

- Order No.(as given in Order Confirmation email)

  Step 6: Upon cheque received, we will process your order. Email will be sent to notify you of your order status.

 
  Step 7:

Orders will be delivered within 3 working days.

In any situation, if you do not hear from us within 3 working days after you have sent the cheque, please email us at sales@littlelambstory.com.

Before sending, please go through this checklist:

- Cheque is not post-dated

- Correct amount (as at check-out)

- Payee name is correct (as "Mustard Seed Factory")

- Full name / Hp number / Order number written behind cheque

  Fund Transfer (Singapore Orders only)  
 
Fund Transfer is only valid for Singapore Local Bank account holder. Please click "Fund Transfer" button at check out. Kindly transfer the funds within 3 days of ordering, thereafter orders will be deemed void. Upon receipt of fund, we will process the order.

Our corporate account is with UOB Bank. If you are an UOB account holder, you can either transfer funds through ATMs or internet banking. Transfer process will take approximately 1 working day. If you do not have an UOB account, you would need to do an inter-bank transfer. Please check with relevant bank if there is any additional cost incurred for inter-bank transfer, and such cost will be borne fully by customers. Transfer process will take approximately 2 - 3 working days

  Step 4: You will transfer fund via ATM or Internet within 3 days (refer to Bank information below)  
  Step 5: After you have transfer the funds, you will then reply to the Order Confirmation email with the following details:

 
 

- Date of transfer (dd/mm/yy)

- Mode of transfer (atm or internet)

- Amount of transfer

- Order No.(as given in Order Confirmation email)

  Step 6: Upon fund received, we will process your order. Email will be sent to notify you of your order status.  
  Step 7:

Orders will be delivered within 3 working days.

In any situation, if you do not hear from us within 3 working days after you have transfer funds, please email us at sales@littlelambstory.com.
