Quality
At Little Lamb, we take pride in the quality and value of our products. We make every effort to ensure products are free from defects and in good conditions, by thoroughly checking all items prior to delivery.

Description, Sizing & Colors
As much as we have made every effort to:

- best describe each item in detail;

- provide the most accurate sizing information; and

- represent colours as accurately as possible.

We cannot guarantee the exact specifications of each item, as measurements can only be a close approximation and the colours you see on your computer monitor varies depending on individual monitor displays.

Orders

Defective Items
We do not accept any defective items, caused by user misuse or improper care. We only accept defective item, due to manufacturer’s defects. Kindly report to us on our hotline (65) 6848 4824 or email at sales@littlelambstory.com, within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and advise on the next action to be taken. If items have to be returned, please note that shipping charges back to Singapore are not reimbursed & is at your own costs. Items must be returned brand new, unworn and label intact. You are to return it together with a print out of Return Advice, invoice and delivery order.

Availability
As much as we seek to provide the most updated stock status of our products, it may not be accurate at all time. In the event a product purchased by you is not available, Little Lamb will recommend an alternative product of similar pricing and quality. Where our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you, we shall make a full refund to you.

Exchange & Refunds
We regret to inform that items purchased and shipped are non-exchangeable. Any refunds will be given at the management’s discretion. Hence, please select the size and colour of the items carefully when you purchase. Click here to view size chart.

Custom Duties & Local Taxes
The amount billed to your credit card at check-out, includes the selling price of purchased items and shipping charges. It does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local authorities/government. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import or customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information. In the event, where you refuse to pay for these charges and lead to items cannot be delivered and may be destroyed, we will not be liable.

All prices are retail prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD) excluding Goods & Service Tax (GST) of 5%, which is not applicable for purchase and delivery address out of Singapore.
